All faculty and staff will need to complete a minimum of Workday training. This training is online, and you can access them 24/7 on ISU’s Learn@ISU platform. If you are not familiar with Learn@ISU, there are step-by-step instructions that guide you through accessing Workday training. A attach of pdf copy of the instructions. You can easily identify which trainings you need to complete using WorkCyte training maps. Training is identified by role:
- Employees
- Supervisors
- Faculty
- Deans, Directors, and Chairs Research
If faculty supervise hourly workers, have post-docs or grants they should look at all the above suggestions except for Deans, Directors, and Chairs.
If you would like to take Workday for a test drive, sign up to attend a Workday User Lab! You can perform sample tasks live in Workday, with Workday team members in the room who can provide support. Participants are required to register through Learn@ISU, so that the Workday team can prepare your user login information for you to use during the session. User labs are scheduled for June 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, and 25.
