Winters, the current president of the Southern Regional Science Association, will travel to the SRSA annual conference April 7-9, 2022 in Austin, Texas. He will deliver the presidential address titled “No Place Like Home: Place-Based Attachment in Regional Science.” His term as president ends at the conclusion of the conference.
