The winter break partial closing for Heady Hall has been extended to include Monday, January 30 and Tuesday, January 31. As stated below, the building will be considered locked but occupied from Monday, December 23 through January 1, 2020.
Heady Hall will be considered locked but occupied during this period. If you plan to work during this time, you will be able to enter the building with your access card. There will be no mail service or vending service, and no package deliveries. There should be a reduction of heat in the building, however in the past this has not been significant.
Please make sure lights are off, heat is turned down, and windows are closed in your offices when not occupied. Unplug any unnecessary items such as hot pots, coffee pots, and microwaves.
