Dave Swenson, associate scientist, talked with Paul Yeager of Iowa Public Television’s “Market to Market” for a podcast on the state’s economy, its growth prospects and whether tax cuts will lead to greater job growth.
Frank Morris, Kansas City Public Radio, had questions for Swenson about the impending federal tax bill and whether there are serious implications for farmers or rural areas in the bill.
Swenson also was interviewed by Ed Tibbets, Quad City Times, about which government data provided the best indicators of area labor market health.
