Ezra Butcher, a graduate student in economics, has been selected to the 2023 class of the Farm Foundation Agricultural Scholars Program. The Farm Foundation program focuses on training the next generation of agricultural economists in areas such as agricultural policy, finance, or commodity market analysis.
Butcher will be invited to a round table meeting through the Farm Foundation where he will be given the opportunity to meeting with leaders in geographic, regional, and value-chain sectors in Savannah, Georgia.
