Joshua Rosenbloom, professor and department chair, was invited to give a lecture at the School of Management and Economics at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu, China on Sep. 26, 2016. The topic was "Explaining the Gender Composition of the United States IT Workforce."
The university is celebrating the 60th anniversary of its founding, and Rosenbloom's lecture was one of four invited talks at the school during the anniversary celebration. In addition to giving the talk, he spent a day meeting with school faculty and consulting on their research.
