Songyan Ni is a Ph.D. student in Economics at Iowa State University. He holds M.S. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia. His research interests lie in labor, health, and agricultural economics. He has also served as a teaching assistant for several economics courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and was recognized with the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award during his time at Johns Hopkins University.
