Dr. Bertan Turhan is a microeconomic theorist whose research focuses mainly on the theory and applications of market design. His recent work studies affirmative action policies in education and labor markets in different countries. He teaches microeconomic theory, game theory, and mathematics at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
