Nick Paulson is a Senior Economist at Council of Economic Advisers working on trade and agriculture. He is on leave from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics. Paulson holds PhD and MS degrees in Economics from Iowa State University. His academic research program focuses on finance, risk, and agricultural and biofuels policy.
