Dr. Randyl Elkin was awarded the Distinguished Alumni in Economics Award at the LAS Alumni Award Banquet held on October 31. He graduated from Iowa State University's Department of economics with his bachelor's degree in 1965 and his Ph.D. in 1971. His profile from the event can be found here, about halfway down the page.
