Professor Chad Hart was interviewed by WNAX for the story "Ag Economist Comments on Narrow Grain Stocks," which focuses on findings from USDA's most recent crop report.
Hart said that the markets will prevent the US from running out of corn and soybeans before next harvest. He said how farmers encountering another year of drought would affect verall grain stocks would depend on the severity and widespread conditions of the drought.
