Associate Professor Lee Schulz was interviewed by Reuters for the story "Shrinking U.S. cattle herd signals more pain from high beef prices," which focuses on how a smaller US cattle inventory could signal higher beef prices in the near future.
Schulz told Reuters that "Even though we may be seeing some relief in feed prices, that demand is going to hold (beef) prices where they're at."
