ISU study: not enough evidence to prove fertilizer price fixing

Professor Chad HartProfessor Chad Hart was interviewed by Radio Iowa for the story "ISU study: not enough evidence to prove fertilizer price fixing."

Iowa's Attorney General Tom Miller requested the CARD study due to recent spikes in fertilizer prices. Hart told Radio Iowa that “There were so many other things going on that you really can’t disentangle what is truly supply and demand and fundamental factors impacting the fertilizer market versus what one would consider price manipulation.”
