Economics department members attended the Goodies & Giving Get-together held in 260 Heady on Thurs., Dec. 9. Along with friendly banter, folks enjoyed a variety of hot beverages and tasty baked goods.
According to two 2019 national student surveys, about 25% of ISU students may not have reliable access to nutritious, affordable food in sufficient quantities. Thanks to your generosity, we collected more than 50 pounds of canned and non-perishable food and $100 in cash donations for the volunteer-run student food pantry, the S.H.O.P.
If you weren't able to stop by last Thursday and would still like to donate, we will be accepting contributions through Tues., Dec. 14.
