Below is the official call for volunteers for the Spring 2021 commencement celebrations. If it works in your schedule, please consider volunteering for one of the celebrations, or forward to other Iowa State University faculty and staff who may be interested in the opportunity. A few items to note:
- Volunteers may sign up using the Qualtrics link. The second page of the form indicates the ceremonies and times available to volunteer.
- Volunteer opportunities are available for both Friday, May 7 (graduate celebrations) and Saturday, May 8 (undergraduate celebrations).
- The CALS undergraduate celebration will take place on Sat. May 8 at 9 a.m. in Jack Trice Stadium. The volunteer shift will run from 7-10:45 a.m.
- Volunteers are asked to hold the celebration inclement weather date in mind. Undergraduate celebration weather plans may include a rain delay or date adjustment to Sunday, May 9. The master’s celebration on May 7th will be relocated from Jack Trice Stadium to Hilton Coliseum.
- Attached are descriptions of college volunteer duties. If you have a preference in volunteer role, please indicate it in the comments section of the form.
- If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the Qualtrics form by 5 p.m. Friday, April 23.
