Starting Feb. 29, 2020, you will no longer be able to make purchases at hotels, restaurants, and other eating or food establishments using your p-card account. Any purchases attempted with a hotel, restaurant or other eating or food establishment with your p-card will be declined. Purchase of food for non-hospitality purposes (e.g., research) will continue to be allowed at general merchandise suppliers such as Hy-Vee, Walmart and Target.
Cardholders who have guaranteed hotel rooms for guests with their p-card should contact the hotel with their Travel & Hospitality (T&H) card number.
