Lydia Richards would like to share a great opportunity to help students prepare for upcoming spring career fairs. The ISU Free Business Attire Pop-Up Shop is seeking gently-used professional wear donations.
If you have unused clothing sitting in your closet or are thinking ahead to spring cleaning, this is a great way to help students prep for career fair and post-graduation employment. Hosted by the College Multicultural Liaison Officers and funded by ISU Student Government, the FREE Business Attire Pop-Up Shop is open to all students in preparation for the upcoming spring Career Fairs. This new pop-up began serving students last fall and hosted 508 students; more are expected this semester. Seeking for Spring 2020: gently-used business attire, accessories, shoes, ties, suits, jackets, winter dress coats, etc. in all sizes and styles. Especially need menswear, big and tall menswear, and ties.
There is a donation bin on Lydia's desk in 174 Heady. Please drop any donations by Tues, January 28.
