Hayes: Eliminate trade barriers for new exports and jobs

Dr. Dermot HayesDermot Hayes, professor, was quoted in a story in the Jan. 1, 2019 The Epoch Times titled "Agriculture Remains a Sticking Point to US–EU Trade Deal."

Dermot Hayes, an economist at Iowa State University predicts that the elimination of these barriers would bring billions of dollars in new exports and create about 18,000 new American jobs.


Hayes was also interviewed for the story "With falling prices, U.S. pork seeks new world markets" in the Dec. 30, 2018 Sioux City Journal.
