John Lawrence, CALS associate dean, was the subject of a story in a recent edition of Iowa Farmer Today.
He worked for many years as an extension livestock marketing economist before joining the leadership team at ISU in 2010. Nearly four decades later, Lawrence serves as associate dean for extension at the College of Agriculture at Iowa State University. He also serves as extension director, and is director of the Iowa Nutrient Research Center and the Beginning Farmer Center at ISU.
