Harl quoted in Wallaces Farmer on estate tax

Neil Harl, emeritus professor, was quoted in the article, "Should Congress Abolish the Estate Tax?" in Wallaces Farmer.

“I’ve never yet seen a farm that had to be sold because of federal estate tax,” said Harl, who has studied this subject for more than 50 years.
