From Lisa Stephany: I thought you might be interested in the following funding opportunities. If you are planning to apply for these or any other external funding, I am here to help with your budget and the University approval process.  Please email me to let me know how I can help you get started.

National Science Foundation
Law & Science

Funding Opportunity Number: PD-21-128Y
Application Deadline: Jan 15, 2021

The Program is inherently interdisciplinary and multi-methodological. Are you interested in participating in a new research development opportunity? Join others across campus to gain insights, identify potential collaborators, and conquer the barriers to developing and submitting a proposal for the USDA AFRI 2021 Foundational RFA. Representatives from Veterinary Medicine, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and the Grants Hub invite you to explore a resource dashboard, join in a series of Informational Webinars (being held December 2-14, 2020), and sign up for potential networking events (January/February 2021 TBD) focused on strengthening research teams and project ideas related to this RFA.

The USDA AFRI 2021 Foundation RFA offers 32 funding opportunities with deadlines from May to July 2021.  Many of these opportunities require expertise and collaboration across disciplines in which Iowa State University excels. Learn more about the funding, express interest in potential networking, and sign up or watch informational webinars all designed to help conquer the barriers for successful project formation on our USDA AFRI 2021 Foundational RFA Dashboard.  Sign up for interest in networking by December 15.
