Faculty and staff are invited to join President Wendy Wintersteen and senior leaders for the fifth virtual Town Hall Monday, August 31, 10:00-11:00 a.m. This will be an opportunity to discuss the university’s COVID-19 response, including testing, contact tracing, and the work of the university and local response teams.

Instructions for joining Monday’s Town Hall

  • Note: the event password should auto-populate (do not erase it), and you will need to register with your name and email address.
  • WebEx Events also has an audio-only option.

 Note: Webex Events can accommodate up to 3000 attendees.

How to Ask Questions during the Town Hall:

  • Attendees can ask questions by typing them in the Q&A box (not the Chat box)
    • If the Q&A box is not visible, hover your cursor at the bottom of your screen and you will see three dots. Click the three dots, then click Q&A.
