Description: In this informative workshop you’ll learn how to effectively build a broader impacts (BI) component within the context of your research. You’ll have a chance to meet potential community partners and hear from other faculty who have built successful research programs based on their BI work. Attendees will be provided with resources to develop effective proposals that integrate BI statements, and will be invited to participate in a second workshop that will help them review and refine their own BI statements.
