Neil E. Harl, emeritus professor, was interviewed by Radio Station WHO in Des Moines On Oct. 9, on a recent legal case which involved a reversal of position by IRS after 22 years, involving tax liabilities for some farm operations, based on an article by Harl entitled, "Major Reversal at the United States Tax Court."
