Description: This workshop will share with participants simple but effective negotiation skills that can be used in their professional and personal lives in order to persuade, enrich and maximize their potential.  We often look at Negotiation and Conflict Resolution as avoidable aspects of our lives. This workshop will teach you how to effectively maximize the strengths you already have to advocate more persuasively for your position(s) in a collaborative, yet effective way.
