Intended for faculty who are considering academic administration as a career path, this discussion will borrow from the leadership journeys of Dr. Reginald Stewart, VP for Diversity and Inclusion, and Dr. Sarah Nusser, VP for Research. They will share their personal stories, reflect on what they enjoy as well as the gritty truth of lessons learned, and provide participants with real-world advice on some of the issues they face as administrators in higher education.
