Description: Understanding, Handling, and Championing Change workshop series is designed to assist participants  in gaining a better perspective on change and how it impacts the individual’s work life and how they interact and engage with others. Understanding change is part of becoming culturally competent, adaptable, and aids in the ability to communicate across culture. Leadership can make a difference in the implementation of culturally responsive practices by creating an organizational climate that encourages and supports such practices – that champions and understands change.
