Edelman is coordinating a Department of Commerce Seed Fund Support grant to examine strategies for enhancing equity investor networks in rural Iowa. The public/private partnership includes an extension organized investor education program in combination with community strategic planning regarding seed funds, angel networks, and/or charitable endowment impact investments targeting strategic Ag Tech and Rural Innovation ventures.
