Mengyu Wang, a senior in economics and aerospace engineering has been selected as a NASA $5,000 scholarship winner from the NASA Iowa Space Grant Consortium (ISGC).
Wang designed his research project for his Econ 510 final project. The project investigates consumer attitudes toward and willingness to fly on single pilot and completely autonomous commercial aircraft. His research mentor is Elizabeth Hoffman.
