The Economics Department Scholarship Committee awarded almost $55,000 to 53 ag bus and econ students in March for their outstanding academic achievements and initiative.
Among the winners are (l to r): Joni Erwin, senior and Ag Business Club president, $3,000 Dennis Fedosa/Agricredit Scholarship for Excellence in Agricultural Business; senior Geordan Hanson, $2,375 CoBank Outstanding Student Scholarship; and Catherine Isley, junior, $5,000 Raymond and Marjorie Beneke Junior Scholarship for Excellence in Agricultural Business.
