Students on the panel will speak from their personal experiences to topics from previous Cultural Competency seminars, including race, power, privilege, bias and microaggression. Their stories and the discussion will help us to better understand each other, increase cultural competence among our campus community and inform how we move forward in creating a safer, more welcoming and inclusive campus environment.
