Four economics seniors presented papers at the Midwest Economics Association 2017 annual meeting on March 31-April 2.
Melvin Masinde, Gerald Healy, Jacob Gerlach, and Jing Ru Tan (in photo, l to r) submitted papers to the undergraduate paper competition and were selected to present them at the meeting in Cincinnati. The Midwest Economics Association is a non-profit organization whose purpose is the advancement of economic knowledge and the economics profession.
Part of the funding support for travel came from a Koch Foundation grant that helps fund undergraduate research at ISU.
