The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences(CALS) will recognize ag bus senior Joni Erwin plus six other Spring 2017 graduates with special awards at both a senior reception and the college's convocation event on May 6, 2017 beginning at 8:30 am in Hilton Coliseum.
The CALS Student Council will present Erwin the Ambassador of Agriculture Award at the event.
Erwin has served as CALS Ambassador, Peer Mentor for the Ag Business Learning Community, and president of the Ag Business Club, where she received the Outstanding Club Member - William G. Murray Overall Senior award. She was also one of the recipients of the Fred Foreman Scholarship for Growth in Leadership Participation, which is awarded to top students who serve the college by acting as peer mentors, club officers, and representing the college on competitive teams.
