Daniel Phaneuf, Professor of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with Till Requate, has published a graduate textbook, A Course in Environmental Economics - Theory, Policy, and Practice, by Cambridge University Press.
Phaneuf has been Managing Editor of the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, and is currently Editor in Chief of the Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. He is a member of the US Environmental Protection Agency Science Advisory Board and also serves on the board of directors for the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists. His many research articles have appeared in top field and general economics outlets, and he has won awards for his graduate and undergraduate teaching in environmental economics and econometrics.
