Revolving loan funds and entrepreneurial capital are important issues for Iowa and its entrepreneurs. The survey reported here was conducted to learn more about the characteristics and practices of revolving loan funds in Iowa. This report examines findings from questions in the survey that asked for information about the loan fund, amount and sources of capital in the loan fund, and the purposes and kind of business loans for which the fund would make loans.
