OSPA will be closed during winter break from December 23th, 2016 through January 2rd, 2017.
The OSPA main phone line (294-5225) will be monitored periodically during the four days that are not university holidays (12/27/16 - 12/30/16) when the university is partially closed. University faculty or staff may email firstname.lastname@example.org for award-related activities or questions, and email@example.com for proposal-related activities or questions. The email accounts will be periodically monitored each of these four days, and any issues requiring action before January 3rd will be handled.

Researchers should start routing the GoldSheet 3-4 days before the above deadline, depending on the number of Co-PIs.
OSPA will close at 5:00PM on Thursday, 12/22/16. We appreciate any efforts you can make to finalize your proposals as early as possible to avoid a rush on the afternoon of 12/22/16.
PIs should be aware that, due to the potential closing of departments, centers, colleges, and other university divisions over the winter break, submitted GoldSheets may not route to OSPA in a timely manner. PIs should monitor the routing of the GoldSheet in the Liquid Office system to ensure GoldSheet approvals are not delayed.
