To increase IT support coverage, and to improve response times, IT will be emphasizing our ticketing database for support. Emailing firstname.lastname@example.org will route your request to the appropriate person. This will be the most efficient method for seeking assistance. You can continue to get assistance as you have in the past by contacting people directly, but you are encouraged to utilize the ticketing system.
In addition, we are staffing a help center M-F 8-4. You can stop in to 62 Heady or call 4-2719 and someone will be engaged to assist you.
We are hoping this will be more helpful as there will be no more guessing who is responsible for which systems or tasks. This will also create a record of what steps were taken to resolve your reported issue.
