Program of Study, Industrial Relations 

DESCRIPTION 
While some degree of specialization is encouraged in the graduate program, students will gain a broad competence in the field of IR through an integration of knowledge related to the problems and processes of industrial society. 

Student are encouraged to undertake special topic courses in areas of particular interest and to pursue an individual program of background reading of classic and current literature in IR.  Students have the option of selecting the non-thesis degree program (requiring 36 semester credit hours), or the thesis program (requiring 30 semester credit hours).  Check here for application procedures.
