The mission of the Iowa Council on Economic Education (ICEE) is to provide Iowas citizens with an understanding of basic (essential) economic concepts to allow them to function effectively in their daily lives as informed citzens and productive members of the workforce who understand the nature and structure of the state, national, and global economies.
