Finding Funding: Using Campus Resources!

What resources are available to faculty, grad students and post docs to find funding for research?
It seems that grant money from government agencies is tighter and harder to get than ever. So how much do you know about the vast array of non-governmental non-profits who generously fund education and research projects in the humanities, the social sciences, and the sciences? Rebecca Jackson, ISU Library, will show you how to find these important funding resources, primarily the Foundation Center’s Foundation Directory Online, and Sue Shipitalo, the Vice-President for Research Office, will help you with information and tips about applying for these and other grants.
