Your mission is to establish a way to assess the effectiveness of the program. Prepare your evaluation in outline form. The outline will have three parts:
# 1) Define the output measure(s) that you would use to assess the effectiveness of the program. State the other variables you would collect and why.
# 2) Describe the experimental or quasi-experimental design you will use to assess the program. Include descriptions of the universe of potential participants, the treatment group, the comparison or control group, and the timing of the data collection.
# 3) State the hypotheses to be tested by your experimental design and describe how you will test the hypotheses using the information collected.
Please do not prepare more than two pages. There is no one right answer, so you can take chances. Assume there is no budget constraint.
