Sounds good to me.
Who has the responsibility to provide you with these rights?
What is your responsibility?
What if those who are assigned the responsibility to provide you with your rights dont have the resources to do so?
Why do lobby groups try so hard to get their special interests viewed as rights ?
Suppose we add to the list of rights the right to receive at least a B in Economics 201.
Now suppose I grade on a curve. Under the traditional system, some people would get As and some Fs. Now that Bs are a right, however, I have to take a grade point away from those who receive As and give them Bs. But what happens when there is no longer any incentive to work hard for an A, and there are not enough As go tax in order to assure that everyone gets a B?
In this case we need to implement a policy of grade inflation. Or better yet, simply do away with grades to assure that no one feels like they are a failure. Which, of course, assures that no one has any rewards from being a success.
