Gross National Product (GNP) can be measured by adding up firms payments for resources OR households payments for consumer goods.
Circular Flow of Income diagrams are used to illustrate that there are several ways to measure national income flows. In this model we can measure GNP by measuring the effective demand for consumers goods or the effective supply of resources.
