Narrative:

Dr. William M. Edwards is Professor of Economics at Iowa State University. He is a native of south central Iowa and received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University. He specializes in teaching and outreach activities in farm business management, and is co-author of a popular textbook, Farm Management by McGraw-Hill. He has also been active in small farmer development programs in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
