GianCarlo Moschini, professor of economics and Pioneer chair in science and technology policy, was one of the invited speakers at the 4th International Forum on Food and Nutrition held in Milan, Italy, November 28-29, 2012. The Forum - organized by the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition, and hosted by Bocconi University - attracted more than two thousand participants and was devoted to addressing issues linked to food, nutrition, and the global food challenges. The objective of the Forum is to offer information and insights to policy makers, institutions and civil society in order to promote a better life and widespread and sustainable well-being for everyone.
