Juan Francisco Rosas graduated from the Department of Economics at ISU with a PhD in the summer of 2012, and worked in CARD as a postdoc research associate. Rosas recently accepted a dual appointment at the University ORT Uruguay as an assistant professor, and as a research associate with the Center for Economic Research. He will focus on teaching and research, and will continue ongoing project work with CARD.
