Survey reflects historic highs for Iowa's farmland
The 2012 Iowa Land Value Survey, directed by Mike Duffy, Iowa State University Extension farm management specialist and professor of economics, is a topic of great interest. The 2012 survey covers one of the most remarkable years, reflecting historic highs in Iowa's farmland. The survey has been conducted annually since 1941, and is the only statewide survey that collects information on land values in each of Iowa's 99 counties.
