Cathy Kling, interim director of the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development, is part of a $4.3 million Water Sustainability and Climate grant from the National Science Foundation to develop a sustainability study framework that will help understand and predict processes and places in the landscape that are most vulnerable to change.
