- Cardboard recycling changes
Starting January 2nd, 2013, ISU has a new cardboard recycle service provider, Tim Bouska, Denali Recycling Company, an Ames based company.
Please make sure cardboard boxes are broken down and only place corrugated cardboard into cardboard recycle receptacles. Wire receptacles are on the loading dock.

Lee Schulz spoke with Matthew Wilde, Waterloo-Cedar Falls Currier, about the 2012 livestock situation and outlook for 2013. He also spoke with Darcy Maulsby, Iowa Farm Bureau Spokesman, regarding key trends, challenges, and opportunities that may impact cattle and pork producers in 2013; and the USDA’s December hogs and pigs report.
Schulz also spoke with Dan Charles, National Public Radio, about USDA’s announcement of a final rule establishing general regulations for improving the traceability of U.S. livestock moving interstate.
