    The Consortium for Plant Biotechnology Research, Inc., has issued a request for preproposals for its 2007 competitions. Please note that the 2006 competitions are still in process as congressional appropriations are not yet known. Preproposal deadline: December 16, 2005. Guidelines are available in 260 Heady.
